12 Days of Audi – Day 3

Day 3 brings us this beautiful genuine works S1 quattro Grouppe B rally car. This car was used for giving rides to media during the Fascination of quattro event in Canada, the same event where we drove the A1 quattro prototype. Unfortunately for our group, this car suffered a mechanical problem, and given the scarcity of parts and the very hand built nature of these factory cars, it was taken out of commission because of a broken radiator fan and punctured radiator.  So no ride in a works rallye car for us.  Bummer indeed!
