Arnott® Introduces New Front Right and Front Left Air Struts for the ’02-’09 Audi A8 (D3 Chassis) with Sport Suspension
MERRITT ISLAND, FL – Arnott Air Suspension Products — the leader in aftermarket air suspension products and accessories — announces the introduction of new, Arnott-designed aftermarket Front Right and Front Left air struts for the 2002 to 2009 Audi A8 (D3 Chassis) with Sport Suspension.
The Arnott air struts replace OEM Part Numbers 4E0616040AA, 4E0616040AJ, 4E0616040AK (right) and 4E0616039AA, 4E0616039AJ, 4E0616039AK (left).
Arnott Part Numbers are AS-2777 and AS-2778, and they retail for $879.20 each. A detailed Installation Manual is available for download to help ensure a successful remove and replace experience.
The struts are backed by Arnott’s Limited Lifetime Warranty in North America and the European Union; they are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty in the rest of the world.

Designed, assembled, and tested in the USA, Arnott’s new aftermarket front air struts replace the OE struts and feature a custom-tuned shock absorber calibrated to restore the vehicle’s ride and performance. The Arnott struts include a new air bladder from Continental ContiTech protected by an aluminum can, along with an anodized CNC-machined top mount made from aircraft-quality aluminum. The strut assemblies come complete with Arnott’s long-lasting seals, O-rings, bumpstop, heavy-duty crimping rings, air fitting and connector valve, plus a dust boot to protect the strut.
