Audi once again top for customer satisfaction in China

Shanghai/Ingolstadt – Audi customers in China give the dealerships and workshops of the brand with four rings the best ranking in China: This has been confirmed by the 13th Customer Service Index (CSI) Study by J. D. Power Asia Pacific, part of the renowned marketing information services company J.D. Power and Associates. Audi has convinced its customers yet again, with above-average points awarded in all categories. Those categories include service quality, the quality of service facilities, service advice and vehicle pick-up. J.D. Power polled 15,370 owners of new cars in 43 major Chinese cities who had bought their automobiles in in the past two years. In J.D. Power’s China Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study in June, Audi had already taken first place in the luxury segment for the fourth time in succession.
