Audi RS3 Goes All-Out for the Title of ‘Ultimate German Hot-Hatch.’ but Does It Have What It Takes?
The Audi RS3 is by all-means one of the hottest and feistiest hot-hatches in the world right now. But as it’s usually the case, the other two Germans are repeatedly trying to steal Audi’s lunch. Can the RS3 fend for itself?
This video comes to us directly from the folks of TheMotoristSA, who’ve gotten a hold of an RS3, a Mercedes A45 AMG, and a BMW M135i. Oh, and last but not least, a decent stretch of empty South African road. What’s one to do?
The clip begins with a slight introduction of the machinery at hand, highlighting each vehicle’s attributes, as well as possible drawbacks. Thankfully the intro is brief, and the boys get to driving rather quickly. The Audi RS3 features 367 horsepower and Quattro all-wheel drive, while the BMW packs 322 horses and rear-wheel drive only. Lastly, the AMG pumps out a thunderous 381 horses and 4matic all-wheel drive.
