Audi Tops 2014 Total Quality Awards™ by Strategic Vision

HERNDON, Va., – Audi ranked Best Luxury Brand in the newly released 2014 Total Quality Index™ (TQI) study presented by Strategic Vision. Additionally, the Audi Q5 topped the Near-Luxury category, the Audi Q7 topped the Luxury CUV category, and the Audi A5 Coupe topped the Premium Coupe category.

The Strategic Vision Total Quality Index score is a holistic measure that encompasses positive and negative product experiences including reliability, actual problems, driving excitement and other measures that collectively are energized by the emotional response associated with the aggregate of all those experiences.
The Audi A5 combines beauty, power and efficiency with a 2.0-liter TFSI® engine that offers quattro® all-wheel drive and is mated to a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed Tiptronic® transmission. Inside, the A5 represents an ever-higher standard being set by Audi for its expressiveness, comfort and technology matched by the brand’s signature fit and finish.
The Audi Q5 is admired for its smooth and efficient 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and is offered in V6 and hybrid variants, giving buyers options that suit their needs. The Q5 combines the sports appeal of a sedan with high variability of its interior space and many practical solutions for recreation and everyday driving.
The seven-passenger Audi Q7 exceeds driver and passenger expectations for functionality and comfort with a luxurious, premium interior including heated and available cooled, twelve-way power front seats, fore and aft adjustable rear middle seats, and foldable seats in the third row. Q7 customers have the option of a gasoline turbocharged, fuel-injected 3.0 liter TFSI engine, or a powerful yet fuel efficient V6 turbocharged direct injection TDI clean diesel engine. The 2014 Audi Q7 offers Audi connect with a rolling Wi-Fi® hotspot for up to eight passenger devices and Google Voice Local Search.
