Default AEB head - cam bearings

Motor (200k miles) of my 1999 AEB had low oil pressure at idle. New oil pump, pickup, filter, etc.
Still quite low.
No knock or otherwise.

I read somewhere that the cause of low oil pressure on the AEB can also be coming from the heads?

Took the heads off, cams out.

Photos of the cam bearing seats below.
Can they be the cause of low oil pressure?
Is the head 'done'?
Can it be rebuild?
