Default Anti-freeze leak(Bubbling)

Can anyone tell me why this is happening to my 1.8T?? I am getting a small leak of Antifreeze. Take a look at the picture & let me know what you think please!!

The leak is from the black line up top from the round area.

That was once a plastic bleeder. Dig the remains of the plastic out, and then find a short bolt with the same thread and put a copper washer under it. Or buy another cheesy plastic bleeder thing and screw it in. But you must dig out the remaining plastic out of the hole.
