Longitudinal 1.8T K03/K04 header with wastegate port?

Longitudinal 1.8T K03/K04 header with wastegate port?
For a project/test, I need a 1.8T header with standard K03/K04 turbo flange AND wastegate port.
Has anyone seen one?
If not, maybe grabbing a T3 or similar tubular, cut off the T3 flange and weld on a K03 flange (but haven't found a K03/K04 flange yet)?
