Default Where to smoke / pressure test the vacuum lines

I've spent numerous hours researching and reading to get up to speed on my 2004 TT (mk1 / 8n) -- SAI 0411 issue.

I want to test my lines, but I'm having a hard time finding what points to inject pressure into the vacuum system for low pressure smoke testing, or conversely where to suck the air from for vacuum testing.

Many of the guides I've found have broken links for the pics.

I have a lot of knowledge... just having a hard time converting it to practice.

Got my vacuum tester, vag-com and low pressure smoker all on standby.

I believe I should not push more than 3-5 psi into any tube for smoke testing, and TIP (turbo inlet pipe) testing should be kept down in the vicinity of 20ish psi and try to avoid making projectiles.

Any help appreciated.

For anyone just starting out -- here's a good starting point for the TT in general:

Just found this video which lacks audio, but still seems helpful:

I ended up testing from the intake manifold which I've come to understand is the source of vacuum for this (and most/all other) systems. Turns out my SAI motor was bad, so this was unrelated.
