Did this car have an oil sludge problem in the past? Are you the original owner?

Get fresh coolant in there when doing the water pump.

Make sure you are using a 502.00 oil going forward. And I'd probably change the oil more often than the official recommendation. I'd also look into the ramifications of removing the windage tray. It's in there for a reason.

You might also check your oil pressure with a gage. And I'd give consideration to replacing the switch itself. They fail and I've experienced that, too.

Switch was the first thing I did and I've ran Castrol 0w 40w and also bought the luqui moly 5w 40w with mann oil filter I've changed the oil 4 time now in the past two months, so only thing left is to check oil pressure and change the pick up tube

Sounds good! I hope you can get it sorted. Low oil pressure is not cool.

Did you get any benefit from the quick changes? How dirty did the oil appear when you drained?

oil seemed pretty clean just had a bit of very small black specks like something that would appear to be "assuming" melted plastic from the windage tray, really won't know until I drop the pan which is going to happen very soon.....thanks for the help

Black specks? Have you replaced the valve cover? Honestly, first thing I'd do is pull the the pan, check the pick up screen. Second, pull the cover off of the back of the motor, and check the cam chain tensioner. While the pan is off, check the chain and tensioner for the pump.
