Bill, welcome aboard. Assuming it's the 2.0T engine, you'll need close to 5 quarts. If she's an oil burner, pick up some extra.
VAG doesn't specify oil by weight, they specify against their published standard called 502.00.
I think the easiest oils to find are the Castrol or Mobil 1 0W40. Both these oils meet 502.00. ANY oil meeting VAG 502.00 works.
