Default Balance Shaft

Does anybody know the torque spec and sequence for a 2006 a4 2.0t balance shaft module? I tried looking everywhere even workshop-manuals.com does not have it. They have it for the TDI but the balance shaft modules are different between the two engines.

Thanks in advance, MRdoode.

Do you have a bolt size like 6 mm x 1.0 or 8 mm x 1.25 etc. x19

No I do not. I could take the bolts off and measure I suppose. What's weird is I went to Audi to buy new bolts and they didn't even have a drawing for for the balance shaft assembly. I'm left with having to use my old bolts and I know a few of them are stretched bolts.

Default Found It!

For those of you who are having the same issue as me finding torque values for the chain driven balance shaft and lubrication system on a b7 2.0t check out the following site: http://vwts.ru/engine/bpy/bpy_17.pdf

I advice saving the PDF to your hard drive incase the link ever gets taken down.

If you are considering an engine or 60K service from us please also consider leaving the balance shafts in your engine.
