Default Hesitation

I apparently need to replace a crankcase vent valve on my 2.0. However, when I am stopped at a light and step on the gas, it hesitates. Almost feels.like the engine is flooding for a second. Could that be happening from the bad vent valve being stuck open? I first thought it was turbo lag (if that is even a thing anymore) then thought the trans fluid might be low.

Thoughts?

I had the same issue. My indy installed the upgraded breath/oil separator and did a transmission service including filter and it seems a lot better.

However, it still sucks oil like a 2 stroke. Its' about a 50:1 oil to gas consumption ratio. Yes, I need a full jug of oil about every three 3/4 tank fill ups. There's a puff of blue/grey oil smoke after any hard acceleration.

Not sure if the hesitation is related. Going to the nearest Audi dealer tomorrow morning for step 1 of oil consumption test.
