Whining noise from A5 2010 2.0 TFSI
I drive a 2010 2.0TFSI with 270000km on the meter. The engine is making a wining noise Does anybody know what this noise could be? Please watch the videos:

The engine has had two major repairs:
First at 190000 km due to oil consumption. The engine was removed from the car, a piston was replaced and a set of connecting rods have been charged on the bill.
Then at 240000 km the hole cylinder head has been replaced along with the timing chain and the camshaft bridge. If i understood the last owner correctly the timing chain some how snapped.
The noise is there both in neutral and when i drive the car. I have tried to run the engine without the serpentine belt for the A/C, steering pump and alternator, but the noise is still there. I then replased the cam follower for the HPFP, the water pump and belt for the pump, but noise is still there.
Please help
