Default 3.0 billet dipstick project

I've been working on this with Paul Gruven for my C5 3.0 L. And I was asked by someone on one of the other forums, about doing a version for the 2.7s as well. So I am trying to gauge *serious* interest in this for the 2.7s. They already make them for various other models/engines. Here is a similar dipstick they already make. As you'll note, ECSTuning already carries some of their dipsticks. They would require a initial buy in of at least 10 people. Costs are not firm yet but given that the stock dipstick tube is all metal, like our 3.0s, I would expect it to be in the same range as our 3.0s dipstick, so the price would be around $42 to $49. Obviously total market size potential (which I believe will be better than our 3.0s) and the size of the initial buy in, would affect price. I would like to get a list together of folks who are absolutely serious about getting one if available (ie would do a paid pre-order). Between the cracking in the middle, that garish orange color, and for some of us (our 3.0s especially, with their black tips) the fact that this is absolutely the hardest dipstick to read that I have ever seen in 30 years of working on cars personally and professionally, we really need a decent alternative.
