Default Recorded 2.7t boost values - k04 vs k03 stock tunes

I know this is a long post, but please read on...

I was playing around today with my torque OBD scanner on my android and recorded some values. Neither vehicles are equipped with a boost gauge so I know these values are electronically calculated and may not be completely accurate. However these is still a test vehicle and a control vehicle so this was interesting. These values were recorded when max boost was reached.

2001 Audi All road MT6 – K03s Stock Tune

Max Boost: 12.1psi @ 6462 rpm
MAF: 192 g/sec = .053 g/h
Fuel Flow: 15.5 gallons/hour

Vs.

2002 Audi All road Tip – K04s Stock Tune

Max Boost: 18.5psi @ 6077 rpm
MAF: 221 g/sec = .061 g/h
Fuel Flow: 17.8 gallons/hour

*Elevation 6250ft above sea level: 11.19psi ambient pressure*
*Sea Level pressure– High Elevation pressure = 14.7 – 11.19 = 2.8 psi difference *

Questions:
I am informed that a stock 2.7t w/k03s has a max boost of ~7-8 psi. On the 2001 allroad, where does the 12.1 psi figure come into play?

Is the real boost here 12.1 – 2.8 = 9.3 real boost psi? This seems too high?

Using this same equation, would we say that the 2002 allroad with the k04s is boosting 15.7 psi? How would this be possible on a stock tune when the computer is programmed to open the waste gates at 7-8 psi because of stock tune?

Reading here: http://s4wiki.com/wiki/Mass_air_flow , a stock s4 2.7t running k03s uses ~260 g/sec of air. Can I assume that the lower airflow in each vehicle is because of the elevation?

Is it possible to calculate the AFR from these values? AFR = mAIR / mFuel.

2001 = .053 / 15.5 = .3419%
2002 = .061 / 17.8 = .3427%

I know that these are not the correct units but this proves that running k04s on a stock tune does not in fact make the engine run lean. Does this seem correct?
