cooling fan
I have a 98 A4 with the 2.8. everytime I put the car in accessory mode, even if the car has been sitting over night and its cold out, and one of the two cooling fans by the radiator turns on and stays on. any idea why?

Well, I thought it was the ignition switch. When I turn the key to the off position after running the car, the key will come out, but the car keeps running. I changed the ignition switch but it still won't shut off with the key.

You have to look into electric wiring system and may be fan relay stuck on or no power to the relay/ etc. Good luck. x19
