A4 2.0 TDI 2012 Intermittent heat from under car
Hi
Since I bought my car (new) I have had the intermittent problem where the Stop/Start will not function at all during a particular trip. When I've reached my destination, the engine fans will be on full blast and an extreme heat is felt from the bottom of the car; many times accompanied by a burning smell. This happens maybe once or twice a month - totally randomly. The temperature gauge inside the car shows normal. I have taken the car to Audi Repair Center to check out, but they told me it's quite normal for the fans to blow full blast if the car is hot. I know that, but why does the car get hot like that?
Any ideas?
