Audi USA no help and dealers charge to reprogram
Thank you for this coding!!!! I contacted Audi USA directly and was told there was no solution. I gave these instructions to my dealer Audi Denver and they agreed to do it but will charge me $181 and if there is a software upgrade it will overwrite this and I will have to pay to have it done again.
Not a great solution. I don’t think I should have to pay to fix a design flaw but I’d rather be safe.

Other manufacturers allow for this to be customized. Many cars that I have rented allow for customization of this setting. It should be an option just like whether you want your key fob to unlock only the driver side or all doors.

Locking car while running
go to comfort mode and slide left, hit settings… make sure car is set to only driver door unlocking. Then lock all doors and get out. Use the key in the key fob to manually lock the driver door. To re-enter to the manual key to unlock. Key fob will not work if you locked it manually.

I just returned from Audi Service, 2021 SQ7. They say they know what I'm asking for (not to unlock all doors on park) but they are unable to locate a place to change this via their direct connection to the computer and that I should reach out to AoA.

Spoke to AoA, they tried to run me back through the dealership again. I pushed harder and they're going to do some 'additional research' and call me back. I'll let you guys know if I get a resolution.

Tried this on my 2018 Allroad, using my HEX-V2 cable from Ross-Tech. Worked great, pulled into garage & pressed start/stop which shuts down engine & puts it in Park. NONE of the doors unlocked! Opened driver's door with handle & it unlocked & opened, but other doors stayed locked. Took less than 10 min. Maybe the dealer would do this for you if you were already there for other service. For anyone with access to VCDS, in Module 46, select Adaptation, scroll down to "Personalization Settings key 1-auto unlock", change from ON to OFF
