[2006 a4] Wrong fuel grade, what do I do?

I accidentally put 87 octane fuel in my 06 a4. What do I do? I've already driven it about 3-4 miles because I had to.

Drive on and don't worry unless the car requires diesel fuel.

The car will just pull back timing and maybe a little boost if it starts detecting knock. Just drive it easy for this tank and do premium next time.

You can always add a bottle of Chevron Techron and a bottle of octane booster but unless you filled EWR' up from empty, like the other fellow said, just drive it and don't worry.
