Hi I have a 2000 Audi a4 Quattro 1.8t and I had a transmission change. The car worked for about 5 minutes then went back to limp mode. The gears won't engage out of park. You can feel the car want to move in drive but won't roll more than a few inches. I'm thinking the fluid level is wrong. What amount of transmission fluid should be inside. The garage put 7 liters. I was told possible 10. Any ideas?

So they dropped the pan, drained the oil and changed the filter? Then there is a specific process for refilling. If the shop was not up on that process then they probably did not get it up to the proper level. Search on the forum or the internet for that process. Youtube has a good video on it as well. Or it could be something else in the works that is malfunctioning.
