All my doors lock except for my drivers side door, I cant seem to get the lock to pin on the inside to go down no matter how hard I press. Does anyone know how to work on door components and locks? The anti theft alarm still works I would have a little piece of mind if the door locked.

Never seen this, but as no one else has answered I'll give it a try. Sounds like the mechanism that keeps the door from being locked when it is open has gotten jammed. It is part of the door latch, which is not one of those parts that you can dismantle. Anyway, I would start by washing it out with a silicone spray though the latch opening at the back of the door, followed up with a shot of a grease spray once you succeed in getting it to loosen up and work. If that doesn't work I think you are into removing the inner door panel (not hard), and putting a new latch in.
