Default '99 A4 1.8, getting (O) signal

So this past weekend I blew out my back right tire and went and got a replacement on Monday. After about a day of driving to and from work I got this signal on my center dash came on: (O). I've tried looking through the manual to see what it meant but it doesn't have anything on that signal.

Can someone help figure this out?

Thanks

Correct that would be the pad sensor. I'd start with the wheel that needed the tire replaced and look to see if the connection is still good and or no split wires.
