Hello, looking for some advice for where to turn on some electrical problems I've been having.

I have an 1999 Audi A4 1.8t Wagon.


Background Info:
I started having issues with the turn signal failing intermittently. Eventually, I also started having issues with the climate controls and windshield wipers.

When the issue arises now, all three systems (Turn Signal, Climate, Wipers) do not work. However, on occasion they will randomly all simultaneously start working again.

The hazard flashers work, even when the individual turn signals do not.

The display for the climate controls looks like it's about to work, however the blowers never kick on.

What I've tried:
I've tested the fuses with a volt meter and all were showing good continuity.

I've also replaced the hazard flasher switch and have not seen any changes.


Any advice someone can supply on what to look at or check for would be helpful. Not sure where to turn from here. Thank you

After doing some thinking and looking over some wiring diagrams, I think this might be an issue with the Load Reduction Relay. I'm going to take a look at that tomorrow and see how it goes.

Swapped out the load reduction relay today and everything seems to be working.
