Does it return to 90 degrees once it has been running a little while - say 3-5 mins.

That movement on the temp guage looks normal to me.
How soon after shut down did you shoot that video?
What does it do if you leave the ignition on, instead of turning it on and off?
What does it do after it's been left sitting for 30 minutes? 1 hour?
If restarted and left idling, wheres the temp in 1 min? 2 min? 5 min?

Once you shut the car down after driving it at running temperature it is going to get hotter, as the cooling system stops pumping and the cooling fan stops blowing.
I noticed it never exceeded that 100 degrees marker. My A4 used to do that all the time, especially in hot weather.
