a4 sunroof shade slid back into roof

a4 sunroof shade slid back into roof
and now i can't get the sunroof to close at all. I can get my hands on the sunroof but with all my might i can't pull it back forward. I can't seem to find a guide or where to begin taking apart the roof to get back in there. any tips?
