Any experiences with mounting (18") 5X100s on 5X112 B5?
Found a set cheap, which I love (TSW Holstens) but the few adapters I found are $$$. Easy to go the other way but not much out there for the smaller wheel to larger hub..
Specifically 18 X 8 ET35 with 225/40-18 tires. 98 Passat stock offset is 45.
Most adapters are 10-20mm thick, so I guess the tires would not rub since the width is the same as the tires on there now (225) and the 10mm adapter thickness would compensate for the wheels' ET35, right?.
Can't redrill wheels due to their construction.
