Stupid me, did not mark anything when I took it apart.
... is this right?

Looks good! I counted 16, and the first roller is a little offset on the exhaust cam, like it should be. If something is wrong, you will get a cam position code.

Cool, thanks.
I've driven it a few hundred miles, and all is well.
The peices of plastic I found in the oil at the last change, turned out not be from the tensioner pads. Regardless, the tensioner did make some noise on a couple of occasions upon start up. I was time to change it.
I think the peices I did find were part of the dipstick tube.
