Hi, I have an audi a4 b5 automatic transmission. I noticed on D that it is not shifting gears. I also tried the other forward gears on my shift **** 1, 2, and 3 and it is functioning like the D. It seems like all forward gears on the shift **** are the same. When I shift it on reverse I noticed that there are small movement on the R in shift ****. when I move it upward a little bit but not entirely on P only on the upper part of the reverse it engaged reverse but when I move it down a little but not entirely on N the reverse gear disengaged.

Do you think have a problem in my shift mechanism? need to adjust? how?

I can managed the R but the D 1 2 and 3 are my huge concern please help.
