Ok so there is a weird squeaking/chirping that happens randomly from rear drivers side. seems to be coming from inside the trunk where the cd changer is but its not the disk changer making the squeaking noise.... it happens only when the car is on, but also when it is parked and not moving at all. just, squeak. squeak. squeak. squeak.... it kind of sounds like the squeak the door locks make when you unlock the doors. but once again, I havent been able to find the problem... 1999 Audi A4 (B5) 1.8T

Is it only when you are driving? I had the same problem with mine and it ended up being one of the rear control arm bushings that was old and started squeaking... Pretty annoying.
