Is greddy G2 exhaust from catalitic converter flange back? or from the slip joint on down pipe back?

Is greddy G2 exhaust from catalitic converter flange back? or from the slip joint on down pipe back?
Yes i did search and all i got was arguements, please somone with the system reply, or somone that knows totaly for sure, i called greddy and the guy said that it was flanged, but he didnt sound sure.
