Kl.15 Supply Fuse keeps blowing

Kl.15 Supply Fuse keeps blowing
I keep having fuse 5 blow everytime I turn my key on. It's labeled kl.15 supply (control unit). I am stumped because I can't find anything about it. What it' is or where it's at. It controls alotta stuff in my car. Oil temp guage, ac/heater, outside air temp, fog lights, radio auto shut off when the ignition turns off. All this stuffs not currently working with this fuse blown. Please help.

Update. VAGCOM pulls "open or short to outside air temp sensor to plus". Unplugged the sensor and it still blows. Inspected the line so that's good. Kinda stumped here. Inspected the bus boards and fuses areawith no obvious damage or smells of burnt electrical. Not sure where to look or what to test now.
