Top up the brake fluid and if it still flashes,it means is the brake pads pressure sensors and you need to get the thing fixed, eventually the ESP(Electronic Stability Programme) light will start flashing as it relies on the ABS

if your brake light is flashing and your ABS light is on, this means your ABS module is bad, search this topic.

The service inspection light is only a mileage/ time reminder for you to service the car. It has no relevance as regards whether there is or is not a fault on the car. You can reset it (on a 98+) using the stalks in the cluster.

Could be your ABS Speed Sensor or your tone ring on the axle as well. I currently have the same issue and my ABS Computer checked out fine. I got a code for a front left Speed Sensor. I replaced the ABS Speed Sensor and it turned out to be a damaged Tone Ring on the Axle. That tone ring is what the Speed Sensor gets the info from.

Jack the car up, pull the wheel off. Pull out the sensor and inspect for damage. Then look into the hole where the sensor goes. You will see the tone ring. It looks like a ladder. Turn the axle and inspect the ring for damage.
