Nightmares and redemption
First the Nightmare: My 2 week old A4 had a vibrating issue which turned out to be 2 bent wheels. This is obviously not covered, and needed to be fixed right away.
Now the redemption: Clair Audi was nice enough to point me in the direction of the Wheel Straigtening place that they use. Needless to say the job was done in an hour without an appointment. I was not sure of the quality of work done on the wheels (I didn't see the before/after) so I brought the car back to Clair to check the job. They confirmed that the wheels are now perfectly straight and they threw in a 4 wheel balancing and alignment without charge. Gotta love these guys at Clair!
