Morning everyone. I need some help with fuses that should have power with key on or off? and i have heard some only have power after engine is started. Can anyone confirm??? My car cranks only, test no sparks, fuel pump works if i manually engage the relay. even replace with new one still no go. also replace relay next to ecu. Can only get power to that if i also manually engage the relay with cap off.

So the fuse below. Can anyone confirm that there's power with key off?

#28 seems to supply one of these fuses above if i engage it.

I also check the crankshaft sensor and it measured 800 ohms on pin 2 and 3. but the service book says test pin 1 and 2?? i went to check at autozone on a new sensor and i get the same ready on pin 2 and 3 and nothing on 1 and 2? can the book be wrong?

any help from anyone her is greatly appreciated..
