Power window motor failure?

Power window motor failure?
Front driver's side window is slow to roll up/or at all. I've just finished replacing the window regulator (which had half a broken green clip on one side). I feel annoying asking redundant questions, but after searching nothing is popping up about the motor going out. Any window motor question is answered by saying to check the regulator first and that the motor either works or does not; there is no between. In my situation, I'm running a brand new regulator, the track is clean, and assuming I haven't done anything wrong with the install, the motor is the only remaining option.
Does the window motor die a slow death?

Its probably not the motor, but high-resistance somewhere. Try checking pin 6 at the motor connector (brown) to see that it is a good ground. Then check pin 7 (red/green) to see that the battery voltage doesn't drop when you try to run the window. Does the passenger window run normally? It is powered through the same 30A circuit breaker.
