Default Put something back together incorrectly

Hello everyone, this is my first post on the forms I recently bought an a4 and the car was not taken care of very well . There was a load of oil and sludge type things in the intake system pre boost and post boost hoses were all gunked up so I tool all the main intake hoses off and cleaned them this includes the crankids case vent valve DV and the T- peace which I believe is the boost control for the waste gate but not sure. Basically now my problem is I only build 4 psi and can no longer hear the DV blow off I'm running a cone filter for experimental purposes only so before I could hear it clear as the day is long but now no flutter sounds or anything and only 4psi maybe I put the T-for the boost control is backward or the DV I'm not quite sure it all looks the same as before and all. You clamps are tight and everything is hooked up but maybe something is backward any advice helps I'm pretty lost

if you have the N75 valve, the boost solenoid, im guessing what your calling the T, is backwards, it will just let the boost push the waste gate right open and only 4 psi. Just change the hoses around and go for a drive, theres only 3 choices.
