Default Question on 2.8Q for family

I've convinced myself that the back seat is big enough for my two and six year old children -- at least for five years or so -- so I'm looking to buy a '99.5 2.8Q in the next 30 days. (That is, if I can find one I like -- otherwise, here in the Midwest, maybe a four month wait, says the sole dealer in town.) My remaining question: Does this vehicle have child safety locks? The various on-line and print resources differ on this point; I forgot to check (I frankly didn't even think to check) when I was at the dealer and I'd prefer not to go back there until I'm ready to buy.
Audi's had child-proof rear locks since the late '70's.nt

Thanks. The answer seemed obvious, but the omission in the brochure (and on Carpoint and other sites) for the A4, while mentioning it for the A6, the A4 Avant, etc., had me wondering.
So, with any luck at all I'll soon at least be enjoying myself behind the wheel while my kids get the kick the back of my seat....
I pack a three-year-old, a six-year-old, and an eight-year-old back there without trouble. Check the crash data and you'll see it's actually a pretty safe place for them to be.
