the wheels are basically 2 colors....
silver on the outside and anthracite (sp?) on the inside ans along the side of the spokes which make them look skinnier, but they are more narrow then others. Its different and I actually like it

So, you're saying that for $650, you can't expect the wheels to be absolutely perfect? Ok ok, I'm with you there....that's reasonable.
But after all the preaching that you do that your wheels are better "quality".....come on. <b>Pot, meet kettle.</b>
Or would you argue that this set of wheels, with occasional blemishes, <b>are</b> the best quality, but the "others" are even worse? If that's the case, I think you've mislead a lot of folks.....

I knew that was coming but still, we offer a guarantee on the wheels and
if we can't make david happy then worst case scenario he gets 100% of his money back. I'm optimistic that we can get him a couple replacements that meet his expectations and have him happy with our wheels and our customer service!

No wheel manufacturer is perfect, and yes we are owning up to this
We admit that these are not the normal quality and have agreed to send him a new set! This type of wheel is normally caught during preshipment inspection but this shipment obviously did not get checked. We pull ALL low quality wheels from our normal inventory and label them as "B stock" or "blemish" wheels which we discount and sell cheap for those that don't care or may be refinish them. My comment about contacting us first was so that we could at least give him a response before he posts out here, that way he could have posted the pics and all and said that we are working on getting him taken care of!! I'm not worried about our reputation as we will take care of this quickly and professionally and in the end I assured David that we will do everything in our power to make him happy.
