So finally after trial and error I figured out that the cylinder won't come out unless the cylinder is in the acc. Position. Well if u don't hav a key like m the process is to use a 3/8 drill bit and drill the tumbler out it's quick and easy. It will probaly break loose before u drill it out. And like magic just push in the spring loaded clip and it comes out easily. I used one of those eyeglass repair screwdrivers but a paperclip would work.
