Default Very little to no heat after waterpump/tb job.

I replaced my timing belt, tstat, and waterpump on my 1997 2.8recently, and now I have no heat at idle but when I run it at 4000 rpm it warms up. My running temperature is around 200F and the coolant gauge is straight up. I know that the thermostat is opening. I also had a coolant flush, and flushed the heater core 3 times with good flow. I bled the system after the core flush. Both hoses on the heater core get hot. Thanks for any help

Air in the cooling system. Search for bleeding the cooling system. It is a very easy fix.
