Bought the phenolic spacer from NE Rallysport today...
Figured this would be a good time to upgrade all my vacuum lines. I was looking into just getting some tubing from Autozone, but i dont want to have to do this again 4 years from now (yes i plan on keeping this car till the wheels fall off).
So i was looking into the Samco Hoses for my intercooler piping anyways and stumbled upon Samco Sport Silicone vacuum lines. however, as per ModifiedA4's contribution to the FAQ, the OEM Hose size is 4mmID x 3mmOD hose. These are the only sizes that Samco Offers:
Bore x Wall (mm)
3mm x 2mm
4mm x 2mm
5mm x 2.5mm
6.3mm x 2.5mm
8mm x 3mm
9mm x 3mm
Should the 4mm x 2mm be fine? It's only between 16.50 and 25.00 for 10 feet worth. Not much more than regular tubing...
What do you guys think?
