Total garbage. I did it, and it was a complete waste. See link for more info...

Here is one that several people have mentioned receiving.
It is not what they did to my car, however. I got circular shields that are mounted behind the rotors. They are slightly larger than the rotors. I don't have any pics right now. Some people have replied that there might be issues with heat dissipation but I haven't noticed any difference or problems since I had them installed.

https://forums.audiworld.com/a4/msgs/590356.phtml</a

No problems here either - but I want to test more
I have both the sheet metal splash shields for the rotors and the wings. So far, I have only tried them once in the rain and did not experience any problem. This was on 2 lane country roads instead of my usual commute roads (wide interstates - lots of standing water and spray from other vehicles). I am optimistic, but want to try it on my usual commute before I declare victory.

Abnormal breaking delays in wet weather in A4s (more)
while every car will experience some reduction in braking when it's raining, A4s can sometimes be horrifying. If you've experienced, believe me, you will know exactly what I'm talking about. The NHTSA has been investigating this issue for a while.
