Hello Forum. I am new to this forum and joined because I am stuck and can not figure out how to get this car started. The vehicle is a 2004 Avanti 3.0L and I bought it for cheap with a bad head gasket. I reworked the heads and replaced the timing belt when I was in there. So far there is fuel, spark, compression test (140 psi throughout all cylinders), leak down test (35% throughout all cylinders). There is no coolant in the engine yet because I can not even get it to fire. The timing is correct and there are no codes. The only thing that comes up on the dashboard display is the yellow oil light but the oil level is within range on dipstick. I have also tried a new battery but nothing has worked.

Thoughts I have but not sure,

Would a vacuum line cause no start? If the oil pump was bad would the red oil light come on the dash cluster?

Any thoughts?
