Default 3.0 camshaft sprocket removal

I have a massive oil leak at the front of my AVK engine. I am pretty sure it is 1 or all 4 of the camshaft seals. I have done the timing belt 2 times now once because the water pump from Blauparts only lasted 15K miles. Never buying from them again. I have the intake camshaft sprocket bolt completely removed and when I pull on the sprocket it moves about 5 mm and then stops. Is there a key or something I'm missing or do I have to use a puller?

I have searched and searched and have found nothing on how to remove them for the 3.0 AVK engine.

Thank you!!

Just an update...The massive leak was coming from the driver side intake camshaft seal, two visible cracks at the inner sealing surface of the seal. I had to use a small gear puller to remove both of the intake sprockets, but both exhaust sprockets came off once the bolt was removed.
