Default A4 B6 1.8T IDLE PROBLEM VAG SCAN

Hello I have a audi A4 1.8T B6 2005. the other day I went to the bank and after I was done thought there drive thru the car didnt want to go forward on D.
So I have press the gas harder several times to be able to get out from the drive thru and trying to find the nearest parking spot to find the problem, I notice the car was able to go in reverse but it was having hard time to go forward, it was jerking really hard when I press the gas pedal. I left the car there and came back the next day and I was be able to drive the car to home for 7 miles until the problem came back but I made it to home. I bought a VAG COM HEX and VCDS
and I scan it myself and found faulty codes.
I am trying to do the repair myself but Im not sure yet what parts could be the problem,I have been reading a lot to different forums but still confused, I hope some one could see my log data below and help me to go the right direction to fix this issue since stealer ship would take all my savings.

also I notice my battery reading was 11.695V I don't know if it could help?
Also my engine MIL light is on.

I would appreciate all the feedbacks Thanks.

Two things:

1) Your battery was at 11.965 (you could have rounded up to 12 ) with or without the engine running?
2) Did you try and reset both of the faults dealing with engine temp (the G2 sensor and 3041)? I don't think that is the issue, but would be good to see if you can clear. I wouldn't do this in conjunction with 3), i.e. solve one problem at a time.
3) Did the MIL came on at the bank? Appears what is driving the fault is an engine RPM fault, i.e. the ECU doesn't know how fast the engine is spinning. Appears to be intermittent, so clearing it would be the first step to troubleshooting, i.e. clear and see if the car runs normally. Below is a link to troubleshooting that fault which points to the throttle control valve. You will have to do some searching on that one as I have never dealt with the valve. I know there is a procedure to recalibrate the valve that involves putting the key in the accessory position and pushing the gas pedal to the floor for like 30 seconds. I would start with that.

Hello Lyleswk Thanks for your inputs.

The battery was 11.695V to 11.458V which I am assuming is dead, I run the test with vids with the engine off.

two days ago I cleared all the codes

getting only 01330 Central control module for central convenience.

The MIL came on later on when I drove the car home. at the bank it was just the car no acting normal.

I did clean the throttle body from the front and back and also check the sensor, also I cleaned the MAF and it didnt help, I put the car on Drive ( D) and it barely go forward really slow and sometimes doesn't. I have to Press the Gas pedal harder to be able to move but then the car jerk or kick or jump like hesitating to go, I have checked hoses to see if is any leak but I haven't found anything using a flashlight. I don't know if a low battery could cause this issue.
I saw I have some oil coming out from the main valve cover gasket so I think I need replace the gasket.
