Hi. I have a A4 2003 1,6.

Yesterday i was looking at the radiators fan because they were not functioning. I found a blown 40A fuse under the dash, right above the pedals. I didnt have a spare 40A fuse so i didnt change it. Almost next to the 40A fuse there was also a 50A fuse which i pulled out to test. When i putted the 50A fuse back in the holder the car went nuts. Its not starting and makes a rapid clicking noise when i turn the key. The clicking noise seems to be coming from relay 167. The sentral locking does not work when i push the buttons on the carkeys. The windows are down and the window-lift will not function either.

There is also an alarm or beeping sound that ocurres when i turn the key in the ignition, and warning appears and car electricion acting wierd. Ac turn on and of avery 10-20 seconds or so, and radio and other thing do the same.

I did also check some of the fuses right before i pulled out the 40A and the 50A in the box next to the drives door on side of the dash.
I was thinking maybe i put some back in the wrong place but i have checked many times and everything seems to be correct.

Anyone have any ideas? The clicking from relay 167 could be a faulty relay, but i dont understand whats happening to the electronic in the car

I can see now that my car battery has low voltage. And the voltage seems to vary alot between 8-11,5. So thats probably one reason, but i dont understand why because the car had no issues with the battery before i checked the fuses.
