Automatic Shift **** Compatibility?
Hi all,
I'd like to replace the automatic shift **** on my 2004 A4 Cab, but am having a heck of time finding much in the way of anything that isn't new OEM and more than $200. I've only been searching for things that flat out state compatibility with the B6 platform, but much of what I'm seeing for B7's and other models of the same time period look pretty close to what I'm dealing with in my car.
Before I throw $50 at something on ebay that doesn't say B6 on it, I'd like to know if there's even a chance of it working. I gotta believe Audi didn't make 10+ different ways to connect to an automatic tranny. Thoughts?
Oh, I almost forgot, I've got a 3.0 with a CVT transmission if that makes any difference.
