check the diverter valve for cracks/leaks. this will cause the misfire.

for the brake boost system check hose connected from brake booster to intake and pcv system.

also in regards to the image you provided. that is normal after you clear codes. drive around for some time(~30-40min) and check it. you can leave the laptop in running with vag com monitoring it.

if some continue to say failed then you have an issue.

I replaced the DV as it was not holding pressure.
Brake boost check hose is good
Image is ok now all systems are Green - go

Still have an issue with misfiring. The car while idling misfires. Today I started her up and 20 minutes later she started to misfire.

Please advise. Thanks

on vag com log measuring blocks 002 and 032

whats your maf reading at idle and blocks 032 is fuel trim if its anything greater than 10% you still have a vacuum leak then.

also check the crank breather elbow tube(its below the intake manifold) <- they like to crack like its their job.

and also check the sandwhich PRV valve. <- this one is connected to the turbo inlet tube and the valve cover.

on a B6 its located on the valve cover side, on a B5 its located at the inlet tube.

this valve works by diaphram. if the diaphram is torn or damaged this can too cause a misfire.

another thing to try is pull codes with vagcom and see what cylinder has misfire(is it still 1 and 2)

then swap the coil plugs with the cylinders that are misfiring with other cylinder and see if the misfire follows. if it does then its a coil pack issue.

Where is the crank breather elbow tube? I cant seem to locate it. PRV was replaced (2) months ago as it was a disgrace to even look at. New OEM coils and spark plugs were replaced (3) months ago. Still misfiring on 1 and 2. I will do the MAF reading and get back to you. There is an exhaust leak under the car. Would that cause a misfire when idling. Thanks

I believe you are looking for the 90 degree elbow on the right side of the first picture in the link below.
Regardless, good link on AZ about the breather system on the 1.8.

http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...light=breather

Where is the exhaust leak? If it is behind the second o2 sensor, probably not. If in front, maybe.

If the exhaust leak was pre cat then it could but if not then no.

Swap fuel injectors 1 & 2 with 3 & 4 and see if it follows
