Default front end rattle when braking & over bumps

Been having some issues with my front end for a while now. when i hit the brakes and slow down quickly the front end rattles and shakes, also shakes the steering wheel. sounds like its from the passenger side. i also hear it when i hit any kinda bump in the road. at first i though it may be the tie rod ends but they're still good. then i was thinking maybe a bushing in one of the control arms but they're still good as well. and help would be great!

If you have eliminated tie rods and control arms, I would focus on tires, wheels, or brakes, i.e. tires out of balance, bent rim, or warped brake rotors. After that, drive shaft...

i figures out what it was. i took off the wheels to balance and rotate them and the brake rotor is broke right where it connects to hub. hasn't caused any major damage cause the lug bolts where holding it all together.

I think it would, but let's let the repair dictate whether it fixes the vibration...

i feel dumb for starters. that wasnt a piece of the rotor like i thought, it was a spacer for the aftermarket rims (havent had the car long if ya cant tell). but the rotor was warped so i had it turned and got new brakes. and the problem is still there. tires are balanced, rims are fine, brakes are fine. im even more confused now.

I would say the axle is the next potential item, again assuming you have eliminated the tie rods and control arms.

Good suggestion to check the control arms.

TSB attached for reference.
